2010 Plano Balloon Festival the weekend of September 17-19 at Oak Point Park (2801 E. Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano). General admission is $5/person for a one time admission ($8/person for two time admission). Discounted admission of $4/person between 9 am - 3 pm. They are even offering a $1 discount off admissions for seniors (65 and older). Children under 36" get free admission. You can park and ride the "Balloon Flyer" Dart Rail to the festival from Parker Rd. station. Buses run continuously from Collin College (Spring Creek Campus), Oak Point Recreation Center (Jupiter and Spring Creek) and other convenient locations.
